Documentation & Drone Photography

Commercial Building Documentation & Drone Photography in Central Florida

Sometimes you do not need a full inspection. You need accurate, organized photos of a commercial building, fast. We document commercial properties from ground level to the roof for consultants, engineers, appraisers, insurance professionals, attorneys and property managers.

What it is

Photos You Can Drop Into Your Own Report

In Plain Language

You tell us the property and what you need to see. We visit, photograph it, and send you organized, labeled photos you can use in your own work. If the job calls for it, we fly a drone to cover the roof and rooftop equipment.

It is quoted separately from a commercial building inspection. If you want findings and recommendations instead of photos, ask us about a full inspection.
